it goes where it goes
through my whole body

from head to heart
from heart to bellyspace
and from bellyspace to toes

through every cell of my body
warm, flowing, sparkling,
opening, fiery and vulnerable

A deep dive
but rooted in purity
Asking to surrender
to the nature of my being
discovering this is home

A sacred place where we can meet
from my roots to yours
sharing, caring, playing and exploring
so that we can melt what has been frozen
and what’s no longer needed can burn

So that only love can grow
on a vertile soil
